Hi, I'm Jen.

I nearly lost my life from Chronic Lyme Disease. After trying every treatment available,  my doctor told me I had reached the end of my journey and to prepare for end of life care.  While I'm incredibly thankful for my recovery, I am reminded of certain aspects of compassionate care that were lacking at the end of life when I was faced with my own mortality.

A a Somatic Breathwork Practitioner and End Of Life Doula, my goal is to normalize and create safe spaces to process grief, death and dying, as it is something we will all go through but often don't talk about.
